As the firm’s national Chief Operating Officer, Rick directs a broad range of firm-wide programs and initiatives. He is responsible for the development and execution of the firm's overall strategic goals, objectives and business plans. Rick has more than 35 years of experience with professional services firms where he has developed and managed practices, as well as served clients ranging from entrepreneurial enterprises to global corporations. He is a member of the firm’s National Executive Committee and sits on the Board of Directors of UHY International, a global network of independent accounting and consulting firms.
