UHY's Steve Wolf participated on a Baltimore Business Journal Table of Experts panel regarding the importance of succession planning and preserving generational wealth. The expert panel also included Matthew Cohen, Business Banking Team Leader from M&T Bank and Maurice Offit, Principal and Co-Founder of Offit Kurman. 

During the discussion, Steve provides his insights to some of the biggest challenges facing family businesses as well as when should family businesses think about succession planning and how to address things like death, disability, retirement, etc. Steve also discusses an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and what benefits it can offer a family business.
