John Bautista has been promoted to managing director in the firm’s Business Valuation Services practice based in New York, NY.
Additionally, UHY promoted 26 other employees, including six to principal across their Northeast regional offices in New York and Connecticut. The employees promoted to principal include Daniel Jones, Crystal Li, Jeanine Marino, Tuiggy Zhang, Jie Chen, and Julie Manteria.

With more than 25 years of industry experience, Bautista is a business valuation expert across industries with significant experience in business services, industrials, technology, asset management, retail, hospitality, telecommunications, life sciences, and other service sectors.
Bautista holds the professional designation of Accredited Senior Appraiser (“ASA”) with the American Society of Appraisers, is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society, and is a candidate for the Level III Chartered Financial Analyst designation of the CFA Institute. He also passed the Series 7, 63, and 79 General Securities Representative Examinations administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
Bautista holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Columbia University.
