About the Speaker
Jeremy Falendysz, Director, is a leading member of the UHY Corporate Finance practice. In his fifteen-plus years of investment banking experience, Jeremy has completed more than sixty corporate finance transactions and represented in excess of $60 billion in total transaction value.
His engagements include sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions transactions for private/public enterprises and private equity funds, corporate separations, equity/equity-related capital raises (including IPO and follow-on issuances), and debt capital raises.
Prior to joining UHY, Jeremy spent ten years working on Wall Street, including as a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division. He also held investment banking positions within UBS’s M&A group and Deutsche Bank’s energy group.
Jeremy has authored several articles and is a frequent guest speaker on mergers and acquisitions topics at the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, and other universities. He was named Winner of M&A Deal of the Year: Under $150 Million and has been nominated for various other awards.
