On an annual basis, dBusiness Magazine highlights the 500 most powerful business leaders in metro Detroit. Gordon Follmer (founding partner, UHY Great Lakes) and Steve McCarty (CEO) were featured in the 2020 issue. Follmer began building a middle market accounting firm in 1968, and McCarty tapped into different leadership roles right alongside him. The firm has shown continued growth and is a leading national accounting and business advisory services firm.
