UHY LLP Promotes Eric Hennessey to Partner

UHY LLP (“UHY”), today announced that Eric Hennessey has been promoted to partner. Based in the firm’s Albany, New York office, Hennessey actively manages audit engagements for clients including privately-held and publicly-traded entities across a variety of industries.

Hennessey has significant experience in the areas of complex financial reporting and accounting issues. He advises business leaders on a range of issues including business combinations, revenue recognition, inventory, intangibles/goodwill, contracts, and equity and income. Hennessey also works closely with senior leadership teams regarding M&A, employee benefit plan audits and financial due diligence engagements.

Hennessey is a licensed CPA in the State of New York and holds a BBA from Siena College and an MBA in Professional Accountancy from Siena College.
