Strategy consulting leader, Dan Bruce follows with a brief presentation on properly planning for a transition to the next generation or an outright sale. Ben Hartman of UHY Corporate Finance will wrap up the session with an M&A market update and discuss the timing of an acquisition strategy verses a sale.
