UHY Expands into Nashville

UHY is entering the Nashville market by joining with accounting firm, PHB CPAs, effective December 1, 2022.

PHB CPAs is one of the most trusted and experienced accounting firms in the Nashville region. The firm provides business, individual and non-profit accounting services and specializes in tax preparation and planning, as well as bookkeeping and audits.

Regarding the combination, Sarah Hardee, President & Managing Partner of PHB CPAs commented, “We are very excited to join UHY. PHB CPAs is comprised of 38 team members, four of whom will be joining UHY as partners, including Hardee. All PHB professional and administrative team members will join UHY and continue to operate in their Franklin, TN location.

UHY is the 29th largest accounting firm in the U.S. with 29 offices and more than 1,500 team members. UHY has combined with a number of firms this year, including LWBJ and TGM in January and Stoy Malone in May, and most recently JVTR in October. Additional mergers for UHY are being finalized and will be announced in the coming months.
