Beth Schulte has more than thirty years of experience in accounting and financial management, focused primarily in health care, technology, and financial services. Beth has demonstrated expertise in executive management, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, tax planning, financial assessment, profitability enhancement, performance turnaround, and mergers and acquisitions. Her core technical strengths include accounting and financial reporting for closely held businesses, including companies with complex organizational structures and international operations.
Beth acts as a Fractional CFO and advisor to a number of small business clients, and advisor/mentor to early stage IT and software companies. In this capacity, Beth has increased revenues and captured efficiencies and cost savings through the introduction of innovative solutions for their businesses. She’s led treasury and risk management functions, including debt financing, cash management, and insurance programs, and collaborated closely with senior management and legal and compliance departments to ensure proper standards, compliance, risk controls, and financial reporting.
