BOB SCHROELL

Bob Schroell is co-leader of the St. Louis office’s SEC Practice group and is also the Director of Enterprise Risk Advisory services group. He is also a member of the firm’s Public Practice Executive Committee, Enterprise Risk Advisory Services Executive Committee, and he serves on the Enterprise Risk Advisory Services Board and the firm’s SEC Executive Committee.

Bob has more than twenty-five years of audit experience, providing external and internal audit services for clients involved construction, energy, biotechnology, technology, manufacturing, and other industries. Bob’s previous experience includes five years as a CFO of a regional firm. His industry experience has allowed him to develop common-sense solutions for his client’s business, accounting, and internal control issues.

Bob serves as outsource CFO for clients in a number of industries and consults in matters including fraud detection and prevention, mergers and acquisitions, operational improvement, internal accounting controls, development of practice policies and procedures, and construction claims and litigation.
