LAWRENCE HIRSH

Lawrence Hirsh is a Director with UHY Consulting and provides finance transformation, technology, project management, and change management services to strengthen and transform organizations. He brings extensive experience leading high-impact transformation, treasury, financial operations, FP&A, technology, and accounting teams and efforts.

His work focuses on treasury controls, processes, systems, and teams. Lawrence has supported software implementation preparedness, implemented efficiencies and profitability improvements and facilitated the development of multiple cost/benefit analyses. Additionally, he provides technology implementation and change management support, financial planning, trend analysis, and performance assessments.

Lawrence is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
