MATTHEW FOLEY

Matt Foley over 15 years of experience in advising clients on corporate, flow-through, and personal tax matters. He has worked with publicly traded and privately held businesses in the life science, technology, service, manufacturing and retail/distribution industries. He has assisted many businesses, and their owners, in developing and implementing proactive federal, state and/or international tax plans to minimize their tax liability.

Matt regularly advises clients on domestic and cross-border issues, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, accounting for income taxes, and multi-state tax planning. His expertise also includes representing clients before various taxation authorities.

Matt is a licensed CPA in the state of New Hampshire.
