Tuiggy Zhang has over 15 years of experience auditing China-based companies publicly listed in the US, US companies with operations in the Greater China region, and US-based companies owned by Chinese investors. She is responsible for all phases of audit engagements, from planning to execution, and is well versed with interfacing with all levels of client management.
She has completed audit engagements for a variety of industries, spanning manufacturing, telecommunications, information technology, gaming and gambling, SPAC, broker dealers, private equity, and not-for-profits. She also advises her clients on complex accounting and reporting issues. Her experience includes various attestation services, including audit, review, compilation and agreed upon procedures services. Additionally, Tuiggy has completed audits performed in connection with initial public offerings and business combinations, as well as financial due diligence and reports related to potential acquisitions. In addition, she is well-versed in financial reporting consulting, internal control testing, and SOX compliance.
Tuiggy is a member of the UHY New Standards Committee, responsible for preparing presentations on new accounting pronouncements. She has previous experience working for a Big Four firm.
