Fall Recruitment

Our recruiters and staff visit colleges around the country to connect with students about our entry level opportunities. When you participate in our fall recruitment process, you can connect with our professionals and understand the benefits of an entry-level opportunity with UHY through a variety of connectivity sessions and on-campus interviews.

The Internship Experience

Our internship experience provides a similar workload to that of a first-year staff accountant. Over the course of your internship, you will:

Work in small teams and become part of the client relationship in both professional and social settings
Attend group outings and intern socials to build stronger relationships with your team and peers
Participate in marketing projects to better understand business development in today’s marketplace
Join our volunteer opportunities organized via UHY Cares to give back to your local community
Gain access to young professional groups to diversify personal and professional networks
Complete a self-review and obtain performance feedback

Leadership Development Program

UHY’s Connect Program, our annual leadership development program, invites candidates to an exclusive, hands-on experience focusing on leadership, team building, and professional development. Through our Connect Program, students experience life at UHY through various activities including interactions with our professionals, attending networking events, and participating in community service activities. Most importantly, the Program could lead to an entry-level career opportunity with UHY.
