Susan Orr, CPA, Partner | UHY LLP

Susan has twenty-five years of experience providing attest and consulting services to companies in the construction, manufacturing and distribution, and energy sectors. Susan has served the firm in various client-facing management and leadership roles, including serving as a leader in the St. Louis Construction Practice. She works closely with her clients as a true partner, consistently delivering timely and proactive advice. Susan is responsible for the quality and timely delivery of attest services, including audits, reviews and compilations for privately held companies.

Meg McKee Brown, Vice President of Human Resources | Cambridge Air Solutions

As Vice President of Human Resources, Meg is responsible for all aspects of Cambridge’s employee experience. This includes talent lifecycle processes, executive, leadership & employee development, organization development, and change enablement. She holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University and she comes with diverse employment experiences in manufacturing, environmental, construction, IT and consulting industries. Meg has spent more than fifteen years cultivating her expertise in building up people and organizations.

 

Mike Donovan, Chief Operating Officer | Balke Brown Transwestern

Mike Donovan brings over 20 years of experience in the acquisition and leasing of institutional quality office buildings in the St. Louis market. Mike has an extraordinary ability to manage all the functions necessary to acquire and operate institutional quality commercial real estate.

Those functions include the identification of a desirable asset, formalizing realistic income and expense projections managing the due diligence process, creation of an asset management plan and successful leasing of the property. In addition, Mike’s long history of creative deal making for both tenants and owners is invaluable to the Balke Brown Transwestern organization.

Mike initiated the acquisition of over 25 Class A office buildings in St. Louis with a value of over $300 million dollars. Subsequently, performed the leasing duties for all 25 buildings. Mike’s extensive leasing portfolio has included 40 buildings totaling over 4 million SF of space.

 

Travis Kearbey, Partner | Armstrong Teasdale

Leader of the firm's Employment and Labor practice area, Travis Kearbey is a skilled employment and labor practitioner with more than a decade of experience focusing his practice in the areas of litigation, business transactions, counseling and labor law.

His litigation experience covers a wide variety of employment-related disputes, including retaliation and discrimination claims, leave-related and wage-and-hour claims, traditional labor law and arbitration matters, and restrictive covenant disputes.
