UHY was recently named as one of the 2022 Best Places to Work in the Capital Region, an awards program run by the Albany Business Review to recognize the top 60 companies to work for in the Capital Region. The survey identified companies from all industries who share one crucial element: they have built a workplace in which employees feel engaged and energized at work.
Companies were judged by an independent third-party survey company, Quantum Workplace, based on their policies, benefits, and demographics before asking employees to measure their workplace experience. Rankings were divided into categories based on a total number of employees, split into small (1-24), medium (25-49), medium-large (50-99), and large (100+).
UHY was one of 15 companies recognized in the large company category.
