Identifying those markers that set your transaction up for success, whether it be through the sale of your business or the transfer of it to senior managers or family members, the webinar explored four different options that are available for owners when exiting their business:

  1. Transfer to family – Family Estate/Succession
  2. Transfer to management – MBO
  3. Transfer to employee – ESOP
  4. Sell Out Right – Third Party Sale
