Ben Hartman, Senior Vice President of UHY Corporate Finance was recently recognized as a "rising star" among a group of his peers during the Global M&A Network's M&A Atlas Awards.
He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, aids in strategic decision making, and has experience with underwriting cash flow-based loans, including sponsor-backed leverage buyouts, and recapitalizations for dozens of domestic and international transactions across a broad range of industries. Hartman has extensive knowledge with delivering quantifiable benefits to buy-side clients including adjustments to reported EBITDA and net assets, purchase and sale agreement modifications and working capital adjustment mechanisms.
Simultaneous to deal execution, Hartman is tasked with supporting the growth of UHY Corporate Finance, helping to cultivate a group of more than 20 professionals specializing in financial due diligence, financial planning and analysis, buy side advisory, and sell side advisory.
