UHY was recently named as one of the 2022 Best Places to Work in New York City, an awards program run by Crain's New York Business to recognize the top 100 employers in New York City. The survey identified companies who not only survived the pandemic, but actively took steps to engage employees, recruit and retain talent, and grow their businesses.
The two-part process run by the Best Companies Group, an independent research firm, surveyed employers on their policies, benefits, and demographics before asking employees to measure their employee experience. Rankings were divided into small (1–50 city employees), midsize (51–100), and large (more than 100) companies and the results were issued at an awards gala.
