UHY Change Academy Launches CCMP Accelerator: A Practical, Fast-Track Program for Change Management Certification

UHY Change Academy, a division of UHY Consulting, is proud to announce the launch of CCMP Accelerator, a new, intensive training course designed to prepare professionals for the Certified Change Management Professional® (CCMP®) exam while equipping them with real-world change leadership skills. This 3.5-day live virtual course satisfies the full 21-hour training requirement established by the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP®) and combines exam-focused instruction with applied learning experiences that reflect real organizational challenges. 

CCMP Accelerator was created for experienced professionals who are seeking to deepen their change management capabilities, earn their CCMP® certification, and enhance their ability to lead successful transformations. Participants will explore key components of the ACMP® Standard for Change Management® and learn how to evaluate organizational readiness, develop change strategies and plans, and measure adoption and sustainability outcomes. The course also includes a full-scale, simulated business case and reinforces what participants have learned through interactive exercises, mock exam questions, and gamified learning activities.

Led by CCMP®-certified instructors with decades of experience in change management, CCMP Accelerator provides attendees with a comprehensive toolkit of change management templates, assessments, and strategic resources. In addition to fulfilling CCMP® exam eligibility, the course also offers continuing education credits (PDUs/CDUs) applicable to PMI®, SHRM®, and other professional designations.

Two upcoming courses are currently open for registration: August 19–22, 2025, and September 16–19, 2025. Each session runs live from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET, with an optional practice exam on the final morning.
