Beth McLaughlin Elected to OATUG Board of Directors

Beth McLaughlin, Director of Organizational Change at UHY, has been elected to the 2026-2027 Board of Directors of the Oracle Applications & Technology Users Group (OATUG). She brings nearly two decades of experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), along with a strong commitment to fostering leadership and diversity within the Oracle user community.

 

Beth’s connection with OATUG runs deep. She previously served on the OATUG Board from 2016–2021, holding roles including Board Secretary and Conference Chair, while championing initiatives such as Women in Technology, the Mentoring Program, and Mastermind sessions on Organizational Change Management. “OATUG has shaped my career in so many meaningful ways, from professional growth to lifelong friendships,” McLaughlin said. “I’m looking forward to giving back and supporting a community that continues to lead with purpose, collaboration, and care.”

 

In her current role at UHY, Beth specializes in guiding organizations through complex transformations by focusing on the human side of change. She holds certifications in Change Management (CCMP) and Project Management (PMP), highlighting her expertise in managing organizational change.

 

As a returning board member, Beth is dedicated to leveraging her experience to enhance OATUG’s mission of supporting Oracle users worldwide. Her leadership is expected to further strengthen the organization’s initiatives in education, networking, and advocacy within the Oracle community.
