Alex Conti is a Managing Director of UHY Corporate Finance with nearly 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, restructuring, and capital sourcing. In addition to leading  UHY Corporate Finance's operations, he focuses primarily on buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory services and has advised on transactions totaling over $1 billion in deal value.

Alex has been recognized for several awards from both local and national organizations and is frequently sought as a panelist or speaker for his extensive industry thought leadership.

Prior to joining the firm, Alex assisted in the sale of several Tier 1 automotive suppliers to private equity and strategic buyers alike and placed $3.5 million of growth capital commitment for a Tier 1 automotive supplier during the automotive downturn (Summer 2009).
