Ralph Zerbona is a leading member of the Tax Department. He is actively involved in the firm’s National Personal, Estate and Fiduciary Planning Group, and also manages the firm’s National Cost Segregation Tax Practice, where he is responsible for operating and tax-planning services associated with cost-segregation studies.
Prior to joining the firm in 1987, Ralph was an auditor for the IRS. He is now the firm leader for resolving IRS controversies, and other various tax controversy and estate issues. Ralph works with several closely held businesses in developing various innovative tax strategies, and financial and business forecasts. He assists business owners with estate planning, stockholder litigation, and business mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Ralph provides expert testimony for cases ranging from valuation issues, economic loss determination, divorce analysis, and bankruptcy.
