Scott Ventline has more than eighteen years of experience providing accounting for income taxes, mergers and acquisitions, and tax compliance support for both public and privately held companies. Before joining the firm, Scott was a Senior Manager at a Big Four accounting firm specializing in corporate tax compliance and accounting for income taxes. Scott leads the firm’s Accounting for Income Taxes Group.

Scott provides accounting for income tax services, including audit support and preparation under US GAAP and IFRS, for public and non-public companies, and large, multi-national corporate consolidated federal and state tax return compliance. He is project leader for large corporate compliance co-sourcing projects and handles conversion from US GAAP to IFRS accounting for income tax consulting. Scott implements tax opening balance sheets for spin-offs of large multi-nationals and provides internal controls consulting. In addition, he provides tax due diligence for corporate mergers and acquisitions, and corresponds with the IRS and state tax authorities on controversial issues.
