Tom Bomberski is the National Chief Financial Officer for UHY Advisors and UHY LLP.

Prior to joining UHY he held various leadership positions in high-growth financial services and technology companies.

Tom has deep expertise in strategy development, financial performance management, and digital transformation. He has led several middle market M&A transactions for both public and private equity-backed companies.

Tom leads high-performing teams by articulating a clear vision, aligning company and team member purpose, and driving clarity into growth strategies and associated outcomes.

Tom is a CPA, CISA, and has an MBA from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business.
