Background
Dan Felstow is a leading member of the Tax Practice and is co-leader of the firm’s National Dealership Practice. He is actively involved in driving force auto dealer consulting group, a national network of professional services firms that provide integrated tax, accounting and business consulting solutions to automotive dealers.
Dan is focused on improving operations, protecting assets, and increasing profitability. He assists with strategies, planning, negotiations, and analysis of financing and buy-side and sell-side transactions; consults and advises companies with developing and implementing strategic planning; and performs LIFO calculations and internal controls analysis. He also advises companies on how to maintain a competitive advantage and implement best practices and benchmarks in their marketplace.
