Dave Watson brings over 40 years of experience to UHY's Tax and Real Estate Practices. He specializes in partnership and real estate taxation and the structuring and restructuring of business and real estate entities for tax efficiencies and capitalization purposes.
He has provided tax and financial consulting services to large clients in various industries. Prior to joining UHY, Dave was the leader of the Real Estate Tax Practice for a Big Four accounting firm, and he taught a real estate investment course in the MBA Program at Drake University.
