Michael Heilman leads UHY Consulting’s Business Process Optimization (BPO) team, as part of the practice’s Transformation Solutions group, providing strategic planning, portfolio, program, and project management services; software selection services; and operational and financial process optimization services to client companies. He is an accomplished program manager, systems manager, and Six Sigma process design expert with extensive experience managing Procure-to-Pay SAP implementations globally (90+ countries) and transactional and manufacturing process improvements in the hospitality, beverage and chemical industries.
