VICTOR HIEKEN

Vitor Hieken has over 35 years of experience assisting business owners with a myriad of issues and opportunities. He provides assurance and consulting services relating to corporate acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and refinancing, including accounting and tax implications and structuring of transactions. Victor also provides fraud and other forensic investigation and consulting. Additionally, he is a successful business dispute mediator and has been an expert witness in commercial litigation matters.

In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, he is a Certified Fraud Examiner and is Certified in Financial Forensics. Victor leads the Transaction Services Practice in the firm’s Midwest region and is a member of the firm’s National Accounting and Audit Training Committee.
