Jenna’s quietude under high-stakes or short-deadline deals makes her the ideal team leader for ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards remain high.

The award was presented during a black-tie awards gala in New York City during The M&A Advisor 2022 Future of Dealmaking Summit.
UHY also was awarded the Private Equity Deal of the Year (between $25M - $50M) for the acquisition of DFW Nueropathy by Baymark Partners and M&A Deal of the Year (between $25M - $50M) for the acquisition of Relion Battery by Brunswick Corporation.
