UHY is pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2025, Patrick Farrelly succeeds Howard S. Foote as the Office Managing Partner for UHY’s Capital Region practice, which includes offices in Albany and Saratoga Springs.
Howard S. Foote has held a pivotal role as the Office Managing Partner of the Capital Region at UHY since 2013. His leadership extends to his roles as a former member of the UHY Advisors, Inc. National Board of Directors, and a member of the Northeast Region’s Management Committee at UHY.

As a recent graduate of Harvard Business School’s Executive Leadership Development program, Patrick Farrelly leverages this advanced management skills to implement long-term strategies that promote revenue growth and foster employee development at UHY. Patrick takes immense pride in nurturing his team’s professional growth, actively fostering a supportive environment where individuals can learn and evolve into leaders. His dedication to mentorship reflects his commitment to establishing UHY as an employer of choice in the Capital Region. Additionally, Patrick actively contributes to UHY’s International Audit and Quality Working Group, playing a key role ensuring UHY delivers high quality services throughout UHY’s extensive global network.
