Background
Howard Foote is the UHY LLP Office Managing Partner of the New York-Capital Region. He is also the Executive Vice President of UHY Advisors NY, Inc., has served as a member of the UHY Advisors, Inc. National Board of Directors, and is a current member of the New York Region Management Committee.
Howard has extensive experience providing strategic business advice, consultation and assurance and non-assurance reporting services to entities in the public and private commercial environment.
Throughout his career, Howard has been serving clients in several ways. He performs attest and non-attest engagements consisting of audits, reviews, compilations, agreed-upon procedures and OCBOA services.
Howard has contributed to the development of the firm’s National Financial Services Practice, in the public and private sectors, servicing a broad range of organizations from de novo to multi-national institutions. He also contributed to the development of the firm’s New York Public Authorities Practice which focuses on serving and educating governmental clients in that sector.
As Office Managing Partner, Howard is responsible for strategic, operational, and financial infrastructure support of assurance, accounting, tax and consulting professional efforts, in addition to community support.
