BENJAMIN HARTMAN

Ben Hartman has over 10 years  of investment banking experience with dozens of domestic and international and underwriting cash flow based loans, including sponsor-backed leverage buyouts, recapitalizations, and acquisitions within a national banking group. He performs sell side and capital advisory services serving strategic and private equity clients engaged in divestitures, restructuring, carve-outs, private capital raising, and venture capital.

Ben has extensive knowledge with delivering quantifiable benefits to buy side clients including adjustments to reported EBITDA and net assets, purchase and sale agreement modifications, and working capital adjustment mechanisms. His experience includes a solid track record of successfully selling companies to both strategic and private equity buyers including pre-sale positioning, market research, writing offering memoranda, executing robust marketing processes, managing company presentations, creating dynamic financial models, and negotiating deal terms.
