Chad provides audit, review, compilation, tax, and advisory services for middle-market clients, and performs financial reporting, industry specific tax services, financial forecasting, and other related services. He assists business owners throughout the process of a purchase, sale, or merger with other businesses, and he develops job cost models that focus on product and part profitability, business profitability, and cash flow forecasting.
Chad’s innovative plans for business owners include succession plans, key executive compensations plans, and deferred compensation plans, plus financial and business management strategies with an emphasis on turnaround, strategic planning, and obtaining growth objectives.
