Kyle Woiwood has more than 10 years of experience in public accounting, with a concentration on tax planning and compliance for both individuals and companies. He specializes in the real estate, technology, bio-sciences, and agriculture industries.

Kyle provides tax compliance & consulting services to small-to-midsize companies, including closely held partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations. In addition, he is actively involved in multiple start-up incubator organizations. He also provides individual tax compliance and consulting services, including high net-worth individuals, retirement planning, tax saving strategies, and tax projections. His experience includes assisting clients with complex federal and state tax issues, including business structuring, equity compensation strategies, multi-state compliance and consulting, R&D tax credits, and cost segregation studies. Kyle also has experience assisting international operations with U.S. foreign reporting requirements and related consulting services.

Kyle is a licensed CPA in the state of Iowa.
