Lance Haynes has eight years of corporate development and strategic M&A experience with a Fortune 500 managed care and health services enterprise. Lance’s deal experience includes both acquisitions and divestitures, a mix of deal sizes and various strategic rationales, and has encompassed both stock and certain asset transaction structures.
Lance played a key role in approximately 20 closed deals with combined transaction value of over $5B. His responsibilities included financial modeling, facilitating the due diligence process and negotiation of definitive agreements. Prior to working with corporate development and strategic M&A, Lance's experience consisted of three years of entrepreneurship (food and beverage/CPG); four years of business valuation consulting (healthcare); and, two years of sell-side investment research (mortgage REITs). He has passed the CFA® Program Level II Exam.
