Michael Zmorod brings over twenty years of professional and diversified Big Four tax accounting experience in public accounting providing tax planning, consulting, tax controversy and compliance services to companies ranging from early start-ups and family owned to publicly traded companies.

In addition to managing the tax compliance for partnerships and corporations, Michael overseas the annual and quarterly tax provisions (ASC 740) for private and public companies and advises clients on the national and international levels especially with respect to foreign reporting for US income tax purposes.
