Nichole Haviaras is a leader of the Audit and Assurance Department and ERISA Audit Practice. Nichole monitors client financial reporting requirements and compliance and audits retirement benefit plans such as 401(k) plans to ensure compliance with the Department of Labor requirements. Her specialties include performing reviews and compilations as well as preparing financial statements for middle-market clients.

Nichole participated in “Audit Efficiencies For Your Sanity” (MICPA Employee Benefit Plans Forum, 2018) and “Move Toward More Effective 401(k) Statements” (MICPA Employee Benefit Plans Forum, 2016). She is also an active committee member on the MICPA Employee Benefits Task Force.
