Nikki Springston has over 10 years of experience providing recruiting management and expertise, account management and client service, and consultant and project management in many verticals across the organization. She brings extensive recruiting experience and business development knowledge leading high‐impact transformation, treasury, financial operations, FP&A, technology, and accounting teams and efforts.

Nikki leverages an extensive background in treasury controls, processes, systems, and teams to review, identify gaps, and propose solutions for financial institutions. She also identifies and implements efficiencies and profitability improvements for treasury and finance processes, operations, and technologies. Her software implementation background supports clients in creating current and future state summary and detailed process flows, and she leads user acceptance testing of various treasury and financial system. Nikki serves as project manager and scrum master for software development operation teams and supports the implementation of new technology, as well as the related process and change management needs.

Nikki is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
