Patrick Wojcinski joined the firm in 2000. His extensive background with complex financial reporting issues has made him a technical leader in the firm, and a resource to his clients and staff.

Pat works with companies with sales of up to $600 million. He provides professional services to closely held businesses and specializes in audits of publicly and privately held companies. He has extensive experience with SEC reporting, international operations, stock-based compensation, mergers and acquisitions, goodwill and intangibles, divestitures, and income taxes. His recent experience includes auditing public companies includes United American Healthcare Corporation, Productivity Technologies Corp, LL&E Royalty Trust, University Bancorp, Enercorp, and Compusonics.
