Background

Chris Oliva has accumulated over 30 years of accounting and tax experience, engaging with domestic and international entities across multiple industries. He focuses on tax planning and compliance, guiding clients through the complexities of SEC filings, ASC 740, and IAS 12 tax provisions. With an extensive technical background as an International Tax Director, Chris has significant experience in coordinating tax strategies for companies throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region.

His 17 years at a Big Four firm provided a solid foundation in handling sophisticated tax issues, including international taxation, transfer pricing, and state and local tax matters. Chris excels in enhancing tax efficiencies through  due diligence, especially in preparation for mergers and acquisitions, where he also supports the integration and reorganization of acquired entities.

Chris ensures compliance with complex regulatory frameworks and also delivers strategic insights that optimize tax liabilities and support business objectives.
