Cheuk (Chuck) Chu has over 15 years of experience across public accounting and industry accounting. He is the leader of the Audit & Assurance Practice in Houston, Texas. Cheuk specializes in audit and transaction advisory services, but his expertise encompasses strategic financial planning, M&A deal structuring, SEC reporting, and GAAP Compliance. He oversees and provides invaluable financial insights across a broad spectrum of audit and financial reporting for many industries.

In addition to his oversight in audits, Cheuk plays a pivotal role in offering due diligence support for corporate transactions.  His responsibilities include a comprehensive review of accounting policies and internal controls, and assessing the quality of earnings and working capital for M&A.  Furthermore, he boasts expertise in intricate accounting subjects, including  implementing new accounting standards.
