UHY Appoints 12 New Managing Directors, Begins Year of Strategic Growth

Cheuk Chu is based in Houston, TX, and is a leader of the Audit & Assurance Practice, specializing in audit and transaction advisory services. In addition to audit expertise, he offers support for corporate transactions that includes a comprehensive review of accounting policies and internal controls and assessing the quality of earnings and working capital for M&A.

Alex DiBartolomeo is based in Detroit, MI, and is a leader in the Transaction Services Practice specializing in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence. He conducts financial due diligence investigations focused on evaluating quality of earnings, quality of net assets, net working capital requirements, and the reasonableness of proposed adjustments to reported EBITDA.

Dan Ensor is based in Salisbury, MD, and offers a wide range of accounting, auditing, tax, and consulting services across various industries. He has experience with tax planning and financial reporting for multi-entity structures and extensive technical knowledge of auditing standards, including governmental and PCAOB engagements.

Jason Garfield is based in New York, NY, and leads audit engagement teams through all phases of private and public company audits. His strong technical background covering complex accounting concepts help him to lead PCAOB, SEC, and AICPA standard audits of consolidated financial statements.

Chris King is based on Long Island, NY, and specializes in PCAOB and SEC audits for domestic and international companies. He is well-versed in IPO and SPAC engagements, with a technical background covering SEC filings and the conversion of IFRS to US GAAP reporting.

Jackie Liu is based in Orange County, CA, and assists clients with their public filings, including IPOs, SPACs, Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, and Form 20-F. She is also a leading member of the Asia Business Group and has extensive experience with advising Asian companies on their international obligations.

Ben Raymond is based in Farmington Hills, MI, and specializes in tax compliance and strategic planning across multiple tax jurisdictions. He monitors tax reporting requirements and legislative changes ensuring that his clients are always ahead of potential impacts to their businesses.

Eric Scaringe is based in Saratoga Springs, NY, and advises private and public companies on tax savings opportunities, credits, strategies, and solutions to tax issues.
