Alex DiBartolomeo is a Director of the firm’s Transaction Services practice with over 10 years of experience delivering buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence / Quality of Earnings for public and private enterprises as well as private equity funds. Alex conducts financial due diligence investigations focused on evaluating quality of earnings, quality of net assets, net working capital requirements, and the reasonableness of proposed adjustments to reported EBITDA.
Prior to joining the firm, Alex spent six years with a Big Four accounting firm, serving domestic and multi-national clients from both a Transaction Advisory Services and Audit & Assurance capacity.
