DENNIS PETRI

Dennis Petri is a leader in the Tax Practice, member of the firm’s National Manufacturing Practice, and serves as one of the firm’s international liaisons.

Dennis has over 40 years of experience in all areas of corporate taxation, and knowledge in providing tax planning and strategic business consulting services to both public and privately held companies. He assists clients on improving their efficiencies, profitability, and competitiveness through cost analysis, benchmarking, and financial restructuring, and provides industry-specific tax, financial, and business consulting services that optimize growth and profitability.

Dennis helps US companies establish structured operations in foreign countries, including Mexico, China, and Canada, and provides assistance to clients with their federal and state tax provision calculations, as well as due diligence and strategic consulting on issues involving mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, he assists foreign companies setting up business in the US with tax, structure, and strategic planning

He is a leader of the international tax committee and an active member of the firm’s international tax special interest group. Dennis also sits on the board of directors of UHY International, a global network of independent accounting and consulting firms.
