Jeanine Marino has more than 15 years of experience providing audit, accounting, and business advisory services. She has an industry-agnostic background with extensive experience serving private equity, technology, software, telecom, construction, and manufacturing entities. She focuses on delivering the highest quality of services and serves as a resource to her clients.

Jeanine’s experience covers the range of client needs, from financial statements audits, opening balance sheet audits for closed acquisitions, reviews and compilations, to due diligence and other transaction services such as completed Quality of Earnings reports for both buy and sell side of transactions.
