Background
Larry Weber is a licensed CPA in the state of Missouri. Additionally, he is accredited in business valuation, certified in financial forensics, and a certified valuation analyst. Larry is also a member of the national Business Consulting Group for UHY Advisors, Inc.
Larry joined the firm in 1986. His core technical strengths include advising business owners on the purchase or sale of a business interest, and he has been appraising businesses for more than twenty years. Larry has testified numerous times in court, in alternative dispute resolutions, and has prevailed in challenges before the IRS.
Larry is a member of the National Business Consulting Group for UHY Advisors. He provides: consulting services for business valuations; litigation support services; merger and acquisition assistance; budgeting, forecasting and cash flow projections; financing proposals; lease/purchase analyses; information systems requirements definition, evaluation, selection and implementation; CFO/Controllership services; and tax compliance and planning services. In addition, Larry has presented extensively to UHY LLP Executive Briefing Series and Leadership Training School.
