NICK THEOS

Nick Theos is a Partner with more than 14 years of experience providing audit and advisory services to publicly traded and privately held companies, with a focus on complex financial reporting and capital markets matters. As a member of the firm’s SEC Capital Markets practice, he advises companies accessing the U.S. capital markets through IPOs, de-SPAC transactions, reverse mergers, capital raises, and mergers and acquisitions.

Nick has extensive experience with PCAOB audits, SEC reporting requirements, including Regulation S-X and Regulation S-K, and complex accounting matters under U.S. GAAP and IFRS. He works closely with management teams, boards, attorneys, investment bankers, and other advisors throughout the capital markets process.

Nick also advises domestic and international companies on cross-border transactions and U.S. market entry considerations. His industry experience includes Technology, Media and Telecommunications and Manufacturing and Distribution.
