ROBERT SCOPE

Robert Scope is a leader of the Audit and Assurance Department and ERISA Audit Practice. He is also the co-leader of the firm’s National Audit Committee, a member of the National Department of Labor Committee, and an active member of the National Construction Practice. He joined the firm in 1994.

Rob is responsible for ensuring that all financial statements meet current accounting standards. He specializes in audit, review, compilation, agreed-upon procedure engagements, and credits of employer benefit plans. Rob has extensive experience with business combinations and purchase price allocations. He is responsible for ensuring all financial statements comply with GAAP. He also assists with the firm’s internal inspection and peer review.

Rob is a regular contributor to UHY LLP’s Construction Insider Quarterly Newsletter, and he instructs and develops programs for both local and national audit training.
