Bradford Southern joined the firm in 1997 and is a leading member of the Forensic, Litigation, and Valuation Services Department. He is also a leader of the firm’s National Transaction Services Group. Brad has been actively involved in hundreds of valuation and litigation engagements and in all stages of the engagement process, including case evaluation, data and statistical research, analysis of legal and IRS rulings, quality control, and reporting. Brad has comprehensive experience in accounting, taxation, business valuation, litigation support, expert witness testimony, and computer modeling engagements, plus extensive knowledge in stockholder agreements, estate and gift tax, mergers and acquisitions, dissenting shareholder actions, preferred stock valuations, and corporate split-ups and spin-offs.
Brad provides buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory services to include pre-sale positioning and earnings enhancement, valuation, traditional and reverse due diligence, data room facilitation, project coordination, market assessments and financial modeling. He is certified in financial forensics (CFF); accredited in business valuation (ABV); and an accredited senior appraiser (ASA).
